This Delivery Policy outlines the shipping methods, delivery times, costs, and other important details regarding the delivery of your orders. 1. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Standard Shipping:
    Our standard shipping method typically takes 5-7 business days for deliveries within the United States. The cost of standard shipping is calculated during checkout based on the size and weight of your order and the shipping destination.

  • Expedited Shipping:
    For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options, which typically deliver within 2-3 business days. Expedited shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and the size of your order.

  • International Shipping:
    We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders will vary depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be imposed by their country’s customs office.


2. Order Processing

  • Order Fulfillment:
    Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  • Backordered Items:
    If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will notify you immediately. You will be given the option to wait for the item to become available, choose a substitute item, or cancel the order for a full refund.


3. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes:
    Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure that you provide a valid street address for your order.

  • Multiple Shipping Addresses:
    If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each destination.


4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, BOLDSORA is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you believe your package is lost or stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. If the package is confirmed to be lost or stolen before delivery, we will work with you to resolve the issue.


5. Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to reship the package.


6. Shipping Insurance

For extra peace of mind, customers can opt for shipping insurance on their orders. Please contact our customer service team before placing your order if you wish to add insurance.
