You may return unused, unworn, and undamaged items within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, certificates, and tags. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-designed or personalized jewelry, including engraved pieces, cannot be returned unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
